What if I’m not sure about the boxes that I have?

No worries!! Just email us at [email protected] with your questions or pictures and we can give you more information.

If my box has a strip that says “mail order”, what does it mean?

This means that this is not a retail box and it can’t be sold in a retail store. This box has a different different than the retail boxes. Mail order boxes will have labels that say Mail Order, DME, Institutional use or Not For Retail Sale. Check our cart calculator and what we buy page for current prices.

If my Freestyle Lite box has a “CE” code, what does it mean?

The CE- Conformité Européenne,  mark means your box is European.   It is on some Freestyle Lite boxes and might be on other brand as well. These are usually from Canada. Check all Freestyle products before selling.  All boxes have either a “CE” code or “NDC” never both. All boxes must have an NDC code to have value for sale. We will not accept any box with a CE code.

What is an “NDC” code?

Products have a special 10-digit number. This number is call the NDC-National Drug Code. Your your box will have an NDC number on it.

What happens if my boxes get damaged during shipment?

There is no guarantee that the boxes won’t get damages. Just make sure they are bundled up in the shipping box. If the boxes get damaged during the shipping, we will let you know by email before we ship them back to you.  We will give you a cash offer for the damaged boxes, as they don’t cost the same as boxes in mint condition. You box is insured for $50 with the USPS.  We will turn in a claim for you to get the $50. Just make sure that you put enough packing material to stop the boxes from rolling around. Newspapers and magazines that are wadded up work perfect for this.

Do you accept damaged boxes?

Short answer, Yes. If boxes have small dents or scratches. Keep in mind the price for such boxes is different. You can email us a picture  [email protected] and we can give you a price for the damaged box.

I sent in my strips. What happens next?

  1. Relax! You’ve done your part, we’ll take it from here!

  2. The shipping label is already taken care of and its on its way to you.

  3. Depending on where you live – it can take up to 3 days until we get your package. Tracking your package is always easy, get on the USPS site at www.usps.com and track the package.

  4. We get boxes all the time. We will definitely let you know when we get yours and go over the items you sent in.

  5. Now, you get your CASH! Once we verify everything – if you chose the PayPal option, you will get you money in the next 24 hrs or if you chose to get your money by check/money order it will take up to 3 business days.

  6. We would really appreciate it if you can leave feedback in regards to your transaction with us. Your feedback is vital to our success and we will work very hard to make changes to satisfy your needs and better our service to you. Don’t hesitate to send us an email giving us trusted feedback.

What is the payout process?

First Option:

Payouts by check/money order are mailed up 3 business days after we get your package- which are usually sent by first-class mail. We will email you a tracking number so you can track your payment. Just use www.usps.com to track your payment.

Second Option:

Receive your money through PayPal 24 hours after we get your shipment. It is the fastest and easiest way to get paid. You have to have a PayPal account. If you don’t have one, its very easy to get one at www.paypal.com .

Is it legal?

Short answer, YES it is legal-100%!

How much will you pay me?

Do you also buy lancets, meters, insulin or any other diabetic supplies?

No, we are only buying diabetic test strips at this time.

How and when will I be paid for the supplies I send you?

We pay by check/money ordered delivered to you by mail or by Paypal. Checks are typically mailed out within 2-3 business days of the time we receive your package and arrive within 2-8 business days thereafter, but may take longer depending on the postal service.

Am I the one who pays for shipping?

No. When you request to sell us your supplies we mail you a package at our own expense, containing a return package and a prepaid shipping label. You do not incur any shipping costs when dealing with us whatsoever.

Should I remove prescription labels on the boxes before I send them to you?

No. We will remove prescription labels in a way that does not damage the boxes, and destroy the label to protect your privacy. Feel free to use a magic marker to mark through identifying information if you’d like, but do not attempt to remove the label yourself as damage caused to the box by improper removal may disqualify your submission.

Can I sell diabetic supplies that are expired, damaged or used?

No, we do not pay for expired, damaged or used supplies.
